Wedding Photojournalism – The story of your wedding day in images.

This is photography in a documentary style allowing you to enjoy your day with as little intrusion as possible; a minimum of posing, prompting or intervention.

You may want a few arranged groups, agreed with your photographer beforehand, as these are an essential part of recording your Wedding Day. This may be the only occasion when you and all your family and friends are gathered together, all in great outfits, all dressed up, but the emphasis will be on informal pictures of you and your guests.

Each part of the day contributes to the character of your wedding, from the preparations of the bride, with bridesmaids and family, the gathering of the groom best man and ushers, followed by the arrival of guests. Then the ceremony and the two of you together, mingling and congratulations, drinks and wedding dinner, cake cutting and speeches and possibly on to partying and the evening entertainment. I can be on hand to capture the atmosphere of the moment for as much of the day as you would like.

My aim will be to carry out your photography in a relaxed and discreet way whilst capturing all the key moments. Ideally, we will meet up to discuss what you would like and I can make some suggestions based on my extensive experience of weddings and wedding photography.
